The Union of British Columbia Indian Chiefs (UBCIC) was founded in 1969 to fight Canada's White Paper and to defend Indigenous Title & Rights. UBCIC supports First Nations in our common fight for the recognition of our aboriginal rights and respect for our cultures and societies at regional, national and international forums.
